Quintella wa​​​​​​​​s born in Merced, CA ("Central Valley"). She was raised in Sacramento, CA while her father was in the military. After completing the Legal Assistant Program at American River College, she decided to relocate to the SF Bay Area. She worked at large law firms for 25 years, legal department of the largest biotech in South San Francisco and operated a mobile real estate loan signing service. In 2006, Quintella became a licensed real estate agent. In 2018, she was nominated as an "Inspirator" at ELEVATE's 3rd Annual Awards Gala Honoring Diversity & Women's Leadership in Commercial Real Estate. In 2016, Quintella was interviewed by ABC Channel 7 news reporter Leslie Brinkley "Bay Area Expanding to Megaregion" and again in 2018 "Vineyard Bought for $4000 Up for Sale in Oakley for $5m". After her first interview, she decided to take on the task of servicing Northern CA's megaregion. Family

Quintella is in a committed relationship with her significant other. She loves hanging out with her family and attending family functions. Her bestfriends are her parents. She has two adorable cats Mr.BooBooTheCat and Blackie that are her furbabies. When she is not working, she loves shopping, working out, dancing, gardening, cooking, jazz concerts, festivals and traveling.

Community

Quintella was very close to her grandmother before she passed away in 2010. She has made it a point in her life to serve as an advocate in Northern CA for seniors and disabled persons who cannot help or protect themselves. She spends countless hours helping seniors and disabled persons fight for their rights. She is also an advocate for women and men who have suffered from Domestic Violence.

She is a Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist, Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist and a notary public. She is an expert at solving problems that arise during the transaction in escrow such as federal tax liens, clouded title, judgments, liens, foreclosure sales, mechanic liens, lis pendens etc. and is an excellent negotiator.
